Is the North color blind?

Everyone always accuses the south of being full or racists ready to form a mob and hate on the local minorities at any moment...

I have encountered more racism since living in Missouri than I ever did in Arkansas! It amazes me that people will admit to being as racist as they are without already knowing a persons belief system. It just tells you that it is normal for these people to speak this way and feel this way.
